Founded in 2025, Queen City Pole Vault is located in Terre Haute, IN. We are a USA Track & Field sanctioned club serving athletes all over the Wabash Valley.
Meet The Coaches
Anthony Bertoli
Anthony brings extensive coaching experience to the club. His resume includes 15 years as an NCAA Division I coach where his athletes earned numerous All-American honors, conference championships, and school records. Anthony is also heavily involved with Team USA being named to the US Paralympic coaching staff 6 times.
Stephanie Bertoli
Energetic and fun-loving, Stephanie was an NCAA coach for 5 years. During which her athletes enjoyed great success at both the conference and national levels. As a student-athlete Stephanie was a 2-time NCAA Champion in the pole vault, while competing for University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Our Story
Stephanie and Anthony have both been passionate about pole vaulting since introduced to the sport over 25 years ago. It has provided countless opportunities for the couple (including meeting each other) and created life-long friendships along the way. Recognizing a growing need in the community, Queen City Pole Vault strives to unite young vaulters with the equipment, facilities, and coaching they need to be successful. Our philosophy is driven by a consistent focus on the fundamentals of pole vaulting, teaching proper mechanics on and off the runway, and advancing athletes at a pace that suits each individual. We believe this approach is the best way to set athletes up for success both now and at the next levels of competition.
